What this organization has done to help VETS:
- Pay for hotel accommodations & meals for up to seven days if no bed is available to get into the VA’s behavioral health clinic (this is for homeless Veterans with no funds)
- Help homeless Veterans with move in expenses, such as getting utilities turned on, groceries.
- Make court appearances with Vets who request me as their advocate and morale support.
- As media manager request TV interviews when Veteran issues need to get out to the public.
- Provide transportation for emergency situations to and from airport, bus stations, train stations. Also provide transportation to outside of VA appointments with in the city limits.
- Provide new clothing when VA’s clothing bank does not have sizes needed, they do not have a large selection of larger size clothing for over XL men/women sizes
- Provide dental care for Veterans who do not have VA dental coverage. In process of getting team of doctors and attorneys to represent disabled Vets at no charge. Will give my Fed tax exempt # being a 501(c)(3).
- Write letters to Washington DC on behalf of Veterans who request our services with signed release from the VA.
